(1) Vendor needs to provide auction services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.– Provide a turnkey digital marketplace solution that includes: – Online listing and cataloguing of mineral and resource lease offerings.– Support for customizable auction formats including sealed bid, timed online auction, and live streamed auction events.– Bidder registration, identity verification, and eligibility screening.– Real time bid submission, tracking, and notifications.– Secure document hosting for legal descriptions, maps, geological data, lease terms, and supporting files.– Tools for agency staff to manage listings, auctions, bidder communications, and reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
