(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in St. Cloud, FL. • Cleaning material carts shall be made of heavy plastic and have 360–degree rubber bumper protection to avoid wall and door damage.• Trash liners shall fit the receptable properly• Telephones shall be cleaned and disinfected.• Scrubbing and stripping pads, putty knife, approved pads, mop, mop bucket and wringer, detergent solution and rust remover• Treated dust mops, brooms and vacuums to remove soils and litter from non–carpeted floors.• Waxed paper liners shall be used in all sanitary napkin disposal receptacles.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.
