(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal intermediary services to the government authority located in California. • Payment Processing: Receive, review, and process Approved Invoices for Transitional Rent and other housing support, and disburse payments to payees within five business days of agency approval or as set in the payment agreement with landlord. • Payments may be made through multiple mechanisms, depending on the request. Contractor shall have the ability to provide payment electronically, by check, or by credit card. • Documentation: Collect and retain required documentation (lease/license agreement, invoice, occupancy verification). • Reporting: Provide monthly reports detailing payments, Admin Fees, and reconciliation; quarterly aged payables; and annual summary. • Customer Service: Respond to agency inquiries within two business days and resolve payment errors promptly. • Recordkeeping: Maintain complete and accurate records for ten years and provide audit • access upon request. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
