(1) Vendor needs to provide Morocco Arabic language trip service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Travel Details:• May 14, 2027 departure from Boston; Arrival in Morocco Friday May 15, 2027.• Depart Morocco for Boston Saturday May 22, 2027.– Travel company will provide:• Pre departure orientation for all travellers (can be offered online).• Arrange and lead on–site orientation for the program, including cultural norms, safety protocols, and local logistics.• Provide a local instructor for students in the program.• Provide a program coordinator for the duration of the program who will be the primary staff member in charge of planning activities, working with the group, and supporting any needs during the program.– Itinerary to Include: • Itinerary to include language and culture activities, co–curricular and extra–curricular activities, including service opportunities as a part of the trip. Some examples of co–curricular activities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
