(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and promotion service of tourism.– Partner in the marketing and promotion of county as a business and tourist destination.– Increase brand awareness to make county a premier year–round destination for domestic and international travelers and encourage the region’s population of 1.5 million residents to consume local goods and services– Conceive and develop creative materials/campaign elements as set forth in county marketing and advertising plan– Including strategic direction, creative strategy, brand development, media planning and public relations– Execution includes media placement, search engine optimization, cancellations, auditing, reports and billing.– Public relations: prepare public relations content and develop a marketing and public relations plan to ensure that county’s unique attributes, stories and experiences are shared with journalists and content creators.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
