HEALTH-10939 - USA (Portage, Wisconsin) - 24x7x365 Jail Mental Health Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 jail mental health services to the government authority located in Portage, WI. – Provide prescribing of mental health medications, at least two on site clinics per month, as well as 24/7/365 on call coverage for emergency mental health needs. – Evaluate for and to prescribe mental health medications to the inmates housed in the agency jail.– Provider must be available onsite to conduct clinics at least two times a month, times and dates negotiated mutually with agency.– Available for onsite emergency mental health needs, twenty–four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year. – Report any mental health concerns to agency. – Perform follow–ups on suicidal inmates at regular intervals and as required by agency.– Provide written documentation regarding suicidal inmates and other inmates mental health needs. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
