ASM-2643 - USA (Concord, New Hampshire) - Private Markets Investment Consulting Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide private markets investment consulting services to the government authority located in Concord, NH.– Asset Allocation / Asset Liability Management (ALM) Support– Work closely with Staff, the actuary, and the general consultant to support ALM studies and capital market assumption analyses.– Strategic Private Markets Consultinga. Assist Staff in the development of goals, strategy, and objectives for the Private Markets Program– Portfolio Construction and Structural Analysis:– At least annually, provide an assessment of the investment structure and make recommendations to strengthen the program by addressing issues, building efficiencies, and proposing new or complementary strategies or products– Manager Search and Selection:– Database: Maintain or otherwise provide access to a database of U.S. and non–U.S. private markets investment managers, including organization, team, strategy, process, performance, fees and terms.– Provide analysis of managers’ absolute and relative performance against benchmarks, investment objectives, and peer groups.– Provide ongoing monitoring, analysis, and advice to support manager oversight, including notifying agency of significant organizational/personnel changes, adverse events, performance issues, compliance issues, material issues with portfolio companies, or industry related issues which may impact the portfolio.– Database Management(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
