(1) Vendor needs to provide waterline and roadway improvements service on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Greeley, CO. – Project involves replacing aging pipelines and installing an integral component of providing a 12” north–south transmission main in this portion of the agency. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 4, 2026.
