(1) Vendor needs to provide resident relocation services to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, OK. – Developing relocation strategies, phasing, and schedules coordinated with the redevelopment and construction timeline.– Providing technical support for resident meetings, questions, and relocation–related issues.– Developing relocation tracking tools, forms, and implementation procedures – Provide ongoing technical assistance to support implementation of the approved relocation plan. – Coordinating relocation options, unit assignments, and move schedules.– Advising on required resident notices, communications, and notice timelines.– Relocation implementation.– Relocation planning.– Resident outreach and case management.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
