(1) Vendor needs to provide labor relations attorney and negotiator services to the government authority located in Wildwood, NJ. • Provide labor relations advice and assistance to the board and the administration, and represent the board before on any matters involving the district’s bargaining units, including representation matters, scope of negotiations and unfair labor practice matters.• Provide advice and assistance to the board and administration on employee and bargaining unit grievances.• Administration to formulate proposals, strategies and positions before and during negotiations.• Represent the Board of Education in collective negotiations with all district employee bargaining units
