Temporary Labor Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a continuing service contract for temporary staffing services. It is the intent of the County to award agreements to multiple vendors or in a fashion best suited to serve Leon County. The term "laborer" in this ITB refers to contractor supplied labor furnishing requested services. It is understood that temporary laborer shall in no manner be deemed employees of the County, or deemed to be eligible to receive any benefits from Leon County associated with a County employee. The successful bidder shall understand that no amount of work is guaranteed to it nor is the County under an obligation to utilize the services of the Contractor in those instances where the work to be performed can be done by County personnel, under separate contract, or other arrangement. It is the intent of the County to award agreements to multiple bidders or in a fashion best suited to serve Leon County.
