(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic recycling program service to the government authority located in Stone Mountain, GA.• Services shall include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, all other cost and charges, and all things and services necessary to provide services• Equipment for Recycling– The vendor must manage the collection and recycling of various types of technology and electronic equipment, including but not limited to:a. Surplus Technology Equipment• Computers: Desktops, laptops, netbooks, and Chromebooks.• Displays: Monitors, smartboards, interactive panels.• Office Electronics: Copiers, printers, scanners, projectors.• Educational Technology: Student response systems, tablets, and netbooks.• Other Devices: Overhead projectors, radios, CD players– Peripheral and Supporting Electronics• Networking Devices: Switches, Ethernet hubs, modems, routers.• Audio/Visual Equipment: Speakers, amplifiers, cameras, overhead projectors.• Cables and Accessories: Power cords, data cables, chargers, docking stations.• Miscellaneous: Batteries, mice, keyboards, and other small electronic(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026
