(1) Vendor needs to provide project management information system.• Provide implement a comprehensive, enterprise–wide Project Management Information System (PMIS) that will serve as the centralized platform for planning, managing, monitoring, and reporting.– The PMIS will support the successful execution of initiatives aligned with agency Strategic Plan, Master Plans, and long–term capital investment objectives.• The ideal solution will offer a suite of portfolio, program, and project management level functionalities to support capital planning and budgeting, cost and budget management, project–level controls, risk and change order management, task and workflow management, document sharing and storage, schedule management, Earned Value Management, KPI tracking, project collaboration, executive level dashboards and reporting that integrates with existing systems used by agency.• The selected solution must provide integrated portfolio, program, and project management capabilities that enable effective capital planning, budgeting, project controls, risk management, schedule management, document management, workflow automation, performance monitoring, and executive reporting.• The system shall serve as the single source of truth for capital project information and facilitate informed decision–making through real–time data, analytics, and dashboard reporting.• Data Migration and Data Management– The PMIS solution shall provide comprehensive data migration capabilities to support the transition of historical and active capital project information from existing systems, databases, spreadsheets, and document repositories into the new platform.– Support the migration of portfolio, program, project, financial, schedule, document, contract, risk, issue, and change management data from legacy systems.– Facilitate migration from spreadsheets, file shares, document management systems, existing PMIS applications, ERP systems, and other enterprise platforms.– Support phased and incremental migration approaches, as required by agency.– Minimize disruption to ongoing capital projects and business operations during migration activities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 2, 2026,
