(1) Vendor needs to provide early childhood specialty mental health services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.   – Early childhood mental health treatment is a critical component of health development, as intervention during the formative years supports foundational social, emotional, and behavioral skills that influence long–term well–being.      – Evidence based and informed mental health treatment in the early years enhances caregiver–child relationships, strengthens family resilience, and promotes positive developmental outcomes.– Providing timely mental health services to children ages 0 through 5 is essential for identifying and addressing developmental or relational concerns early, reducing the likelihood of more significant challenges later in life.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 27, 2026.
