(1) Vendor needs to provide structured literacy coaching services to the government authority located in ().– Provide structured literacy instructional coaching to support the implementation of multisensory structured literacy practices.– Build sustainable building and classroom practices that improve literacy outcomes for all students in grades K–3.– Instructional coaching.– In–person, multi–day visits following the vendor’s standard coaching day, fitted to each building’s schedule.– Classroom Support: Classroom walkthroughs alongside building leaders, and group coaching sessionswhere the coach models routines and teachers practice together.– Leader Track: For district and building literacy leaders supporting the rollout.– Structured literacy courses.– Supervised practicum and certification.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
