(1) Vendor needs to provide fire and emergency medical services records management system. – In accordance with commercial practice, software licenses and software, hardware maintenance are provided as non–severable services. – Software maintenance includes the development and publishing of “bug” and/or defect fixes, patches, updates, upgrades in function, technology to maintain the operability and usability of the software product, as well as various technical support and diagnostic tools and resources.• Replace manual and fragmented fire and emergency medical services Records Management Systems with a modern cloud–based solution that meets agency requirements. • Enable site consolidation for data sharing. • Achieve cost savings through efficiencies gained from reducing the number of solutions maintained/supported. • Incident reporting & fire documentation • Electronic Patient Care Report & hospital data exchange • Integrated authentication & security • CAD ingestion & mobile responder/notifications • Pre–Incident Planning • Connections to ESRI/ArcGIS for mapping, hydrant and water supply tracking • Personnel scheduling & rostering • Facility inspections, pre–plans, and Inspect–Test–Maintain • Training, virtual training & compliance • Exposure tracking & health/wellness • Incident command & on–scene (ICS) accountability • Apparatus, equipment, fleet & asset management • Investigations & evidence management • Events, activities & non–incident records • Data, analytics & reporting • Data migration & test environment (2) The contract period will be one year.
