(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive HIV prevention services for persons who inject drugs to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Provide HIV Epidemic services is to eliminate HIV transmission in County through coordinated efforts in HIV prevention, diagnosis, treatment and outbreak response.– Identifying individuals who are vulnerable to HIV infection and linking them to HIV pre–exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and other needed services.– Identifying persons living with HIV and linking them to HIV treatment and other needed services.conducting referrals to other health and support services such as substance use disorder treatment, syringe service programs, and mental health services.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
