JOC for Park Improvements

The City of Tucson, (COT) is conducting a com petitive one-step process to retain up to thirteen (13) General Contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide general construction services for landscape, irrigation, and general park area facility improvements. Various funding sources including Proposition 407 and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Funding will be used. As such, HUD requirements are attached to this solicitation and shall be incorporated into the resulting contracts. I ndividual job orders should not exceed $2,000,000.00; however it is anticipated that a typical job will not exceed $800,000. The estimated budget for the first year is $10,000,000 and bonding per job will be an option. The term of this contract will be one year with 4 one-year renewal options. Services will be requested on an as needed, if needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by COT that the Contractor's services will be required.
