CLEANING-13436 - USA (Louisville, Kentucky) - Bus Stop and Shelter Cleaning, Maintenance and Support Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bus stop and shelter cleaning, maintenance and support services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY. – Provide bus shelter cleaning and minor repair services throughout agency's service area. – Provide bus stop and shelter cleaning, inspection, maintenance, minor repair, signage, customer information, and related support services for all existing bus shelters and any future bus shelter additions located throughout agency and the surrounding service area.– Services include, scheduled cleaning, trash removal, graffiti removal, broken glass and debris removal, vegetation management, and scheduled power washing of high–use shelters.• Services:– Routine bus shelter cleaning.– Trash, litter, and debris removal.– Graffiti removal.– Removal of broken glass and other hazardous materials.– Scheduled power washing.– Seasonal snow and ice removal, including salt application when directed by agency.– Minor repairs and replacement of approved shelter components. – Shelter repainting, when directed by agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
