(1) Vendor needs to provide residential substance abuse treatment program services to the government authority located in Cumming, GA.– Program provides evidence–based substance abuse treatment, behavioural health counselling, case management, re–entry planning, and community–based aftercare services designed to reduce recidivism and support successful reintegration into the community.– Provide evidence–based, trauma–informed treatment and recovery services designed to reduce substance abuse, improve behavioural health outcomes, reduce recidivism, and support successful community reintegration for incarcerated participants.– Clinical assessment and treatment planning.– Counselling services.– Drug and alcohol testing.– Case management.– Re–entry planning.– Interpreter services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
