Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for JEOL JNM–ECZL400S Spectrometer.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to JEOL USA, INC.under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that JEOL USA, INC.is the sole provider of JEOL JNM–ECZL400S SpectrometerNASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
