(1) Vendor needs to provide promoting first relationships training project services to the government authority located in King, WA.– Promoting first relationships agency training, either level 2 certified provider or level 3 agency trainer training.– Agency staff will be able to deliver PFR services that lead to:• Improved school readiness• Improved children’s social–emotional development• More responsive, nurturing caregiver–child relationships• Train and coach additional agency staff to become PFR Providers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 18,2026.
