(1) Vendor needs to provide roof cleaning and maintenance services to the government authority located in Athens, GA.• The Agency is seeking qualified contractors to provide roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services at various campus facilities on an as–needed basis. Services may include low–pressure roof washing, pressure washing of associated roof components, gutter and downspout cleaning, debris removal, mold/algae treatment, and optional exterior window cleaning.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
