(1) Vendor needs to provide progressive design build services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA. – Provide progressive design build services for the preconstruction and construction phases of property development.– Provide a complete, usable, and fully operable project, this includes, providing all supplies, housing, materials, equipment, utilities, utility connections, supervision, labor, and services for the engineering, design, procurement, quality control, inspection, construction, installation, startup, checkout, testing, site cleanup, and training of the agency’s personnel.– Provide presentations to community members and community groups.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) Pre–bid conference and job walk will be held on September 3, 2026.
