(1) Vendor needs to provide property redevelopment services to the government authority located in Kingstown, RI.– Facilitate the timely sale and redevelopment of the property in a manner that maximizes long–term value, contributes positively to the surrounding neighborhood, and complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.– Reasonably probable and legal use of the property that is physically possible, sustainable, financially feasible, and results in the greatest overall value and benefit to the neighborhood and the town.– Development proposals may require zoning modifications, rezoning actions, special use permits, variances, lot consolidations, or other regulatory approvals.– Sale and redevelopment in its present condition.– Redevelopment proposal that demonstrates:• Creativity• Financial feasibility• Market viability• Regulatory awareness• Long–term sustainability• Compatibility with surrounding development(2) An optional site visit will be held on October 15, 2026.
