Description

The City of Dania Beach is soliciting bids for Project Title . Bids are to be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/daniabeachfl . Bids will be received prior to Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late bids will not be accepted. This project involves upgrading Chester Byrd Park with new recreational amenities and improved infrastructure. Work includes removing existing park features, installing a new playground, fitness area, picnic space, and basketball court, as well as constructing ADA‑compliant sidewalks, parking improvements, utility upgrades, lighting infrastructure, and landscaping. The project is partially funded through a FRDAP grant, requiring compliance with all State and Federal conditions in Grant Agreement No. P25011.
