Crook County School District ("District") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified service providers for two separate Internet access solutions: Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and Special Construction services to connect the identified school site to the Districts Wide Area Network (WAN). Service providers may bid on one or both. The District seeks reliable, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that deliver high-speed, secure connectivity to support educational and administrative operations while accommodating current and future bandwidth needs. Two separate RFPs are attached to these service requests. Respondents may submit a proposal for either RFP or for both RFPs. The District will evaluate each proposal independently and reserves the right to award one or both services based on the proposals received. It is the responsibility of each respondent to review the applicable RFP document(s) in their entirety and comply with all stated technical, service, and contractual requirements. Proposals WILL NOT be accepted by email. Use only the method listed in the RFP document to submit. PROPOSAL DUE DATE: November 24, 2026 by 4:00 pm PST All proposals considered must follow State Procurement Laws Service Providers must be and remain in compliance of requirements issued by the SLD throughout the contractual period. Service Providers are responsible for providing a valid SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) The proposal should not include marketing or advertising material or other materials not essential to the utility and clarity of the proposal and should be straightforward and address the request. Proposals containing excessive marketing or mass email will be deemed as non-responsive. The Applicant reserves the right to extend the proposal due date with appropriate vendor notification.
