(1) Vendor needs to provide tv studio upgrades supplies to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY.                           – Provides shared educational and operational services, including special education, career and technical education, alternative programs, technology services, and business office support.– To modernize the existing television studio by upgrading aging broadcast and production equipment to enhance production capabilities and functionality, replace end–of–life hardware, improve system reliability and overall system performance, and provide students with industry–standard media tools.• Replacement and upgrade of existing television studio equipment and related systems. • Furnishing and installation of all equipment, hardware, cabling, accessories, and associated components required for a complete and fully operational television studio. • Integration of new equipment with existing infrastructure, as applicable. • Installation, configuration, testing, programming, and commissioning of all equipment and systems. • Coordination of work to minimize disruption to school operations. • Submission of all operating manuals, system documentation, configuration files, and as–built documentation upon project completion. • On–site training for District personnel on the operation of the installed systems. • Warranty service and support for a minimum of one year on all equipment and workmanship. • Video Production & Switching System• Studio Lighting • Intercom & Communication • Displays & Audio Distribution • Studio Accessories • Infrastructure Strategy (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
