(1) Vendor needs to provide soil resource inventory data collection services to the government authority located in North Dakota. • Acquire specified grazing land inventory data on up to two data points in each of 95 separate 160–acre segments• Collect data identified in the NRI Handbook of Instructions for Grazing Land Field Study Data Collection.• Data shall be free of errors and be collected in a logical order with a minimum number of trips to the field for data collection.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5).
