The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails (Procuring Agency), will receive proposals until 1:00 p.m. MT on November 9, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for professional engineer services in support of the Vault Toilet Replacement Project, located at Keyhole State Park, 22 Marina Road, Moorcroft, WY 82721. Project Description: Provide engineering services to complete removal and replacement of five vault toilets within Keyhole State Park, resulting in an improved level of service to park visitors. Design and engineering will include double vault toilet removal/replacement; accessibility features, such as roadways, parking areas, and access routes; and drainage improvements and site stabilization.
