General work description: The Orange County Public Health Laboratory (OCPHL), located at 1729 W. 17 th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92706 and Orange County Water Quality Laboratory, located at 600 Shellmaker Rd., Newport Beach, CA 92660 are required to maintain accreditation status, and hence are required to participate in relevant and available Proficiency Testing (PT) provided by accredited proficiency testing providers, administering acceptable proficiency testing programs and shall meet the following specifications. All verification documents are required to be provided with bid documents.
