(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise computer–assisted medical coding and core coding infrastructure solution. – Provide comprehensive Enterprise Computer–Assisted Coding (CAC) and core coding infrastructure solution to modernize and streamline medical coding and documentation improvement processes across the health system.– Solution should fully integrate with environment, support inpatient, outpatient, professional fee coding, and provide a foundation for autonomous coding with appropriate human oversight and rigorous auditing.– Use natural language processing or similar AI to analyze clinical documentation.– Automated or AI–suggested query content, including suggestions are reviewed, governed, and integrated into Epic physician workflow.– Provide a foundation for autonomous coding of straightforward cases. – The system should allow configuration of confidence thresholds or rules that determine when an encounter can be automatically coded vs. routed to a human coder.– Solution supports a capture–to–code workflow, including how clinical documentation is ingested, interpreted, converted into suggested codes, reviewed, accepted, rejected, or routed for follow–up.– ML–based, clarify how model updates are delivered (e.g., periodic retraining, client–specific tuning).– Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) support.– Including case prioritization, auto–suggested assignments, query alerts, collaboration with coding, and reporting of CDI intervention impact.– Solution influences physician documentation, physician–facing prompts, or computer–assisted physician documentation, those interactions must be compliant, non–leading, logged, configurable, and able to be disabled if not effective.  (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
