CONS-22195 - USA (Greenwood, South Carolina) - Street Parking Lot Construction Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide street parking lot construction services to the government authority located in Greenwood, SC.– Remove existing topsoil and subbase to a depth of 10 inches– Dispose of all demo’d materials.– Lander University will provide a 3rd Party Inspection Firm to conduct a proof roll.– Contractor responsible for establishing a compacted subgrade to a minimum of 95% Standard Proctor.– As a result of the Proof–Roll, if any additional excavation is required, a construction change order will be issued.– Contractor to procure and install a geotextile fabric, per the project drawings.– Contractor to procure and install compacted aggregate to a depth of 10 inches.– Contractor to apply a 2–inch layer of asphalt.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
