(1) Vendor needs to provide AI–powered camera monitoring and analytics solutions. – Provide advanced AI–powered camera monitoring and analytics platforms capable of supporting the operational needs of the county sheriff’s office.– Identify AI–driven video analytics technologies.– Improve real–time visibility in inmate housing areas.– Detect threats and behavioral anomalies with high accuracy.– Reduce manual monitoring workload.– Enhance response times through automated alerts.– Integrate seamlessly with the county’s existing video management system.– Support multi–site, large–scale deployments across thousands of camera feeds.– Available cloud, on–premise, and hybrid deployment models, including the respective technical requirements, advantages, and limitations of each.– Capabilities and limitations for identifying weapons, contraband, fire, smoke, and unattended items.– Available API capabilities, supported data formats, and methods for ensuring interoperability with future county systems.– Supported video stream types, protocols (e.g., RTSP, ONVIF), and bandwidth optimization techniques.– Vulnerability management, firmware or software patching, and update deployment processes.– Measures taken to protect AI models from adversarial robustness threats and model poisoning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
