(1) Vendor needs to provide housing education consulting services to the government authority located in New Rochelle, NY.1. Property owners training module:– The consultant shall equip owners with practical knowledge of local housing codes, fair housing laws, effective communication and conflict–resolution strategies, and best practices for maintaining positive tenant–landlord relationships.2. Rental tenant training module:– The goal of the rental tenant training module is to equip residents with the knowledge and skills needed to obtain, maintain, and succeed in stable housing.– Through practical guidance on budgeting, credit improvement, rental readiness, tenant rights and responsibilities, and communication with landlords, the program helps residents strengthen their financial stability and expand their ability to secure quality rental housing within the city.3. Financial readiness training module:– Through workshops, coaching, and access to community resources, the program aims to improve residents’ credit scores, increase savings for rental deposits or down payments, enhance understanding of tenant and homeowner responsibilities, and ultimately expand their ability to obtain and maintain stable housing within the city.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
