(1) Vendor needs to provide hearing examiner consulting services to the government authority located in Kenmore, WA. – Conducting public hearings presiding over applications for Type 3 land use decisions and appeals of administrative decisions.– The hearing examiner will act as a secondary judicial body for performing duties as outlined.– Issuing decisions: preparing written findings of fact, conclusions of law, and final decisions or recommendations. – Decisions are to be issued timely and in writing as prescribed by law.– Provide hearing recording and transcripts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
