(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program service to the government authority located in Redding, CA. – Provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to County employees and their eligible family members.– Comprehensive EAP that includes a wide range of services designed to support the well–being of employees and their families.– Access to Services:• Provide access to services via a 24–hour, 365–day–a–year toll–free number with live answering and multilingual assistance in multiple languages. • Services may also be accessed via a mobile app or online portals.– Evaluation, Assessment, and Referral Services:• Services shall include, evaluation, assessment, and referral at designated locations.• Eligible people include all employees and their eligible dependents, regardless of location.– Emergency and After–Hours Services:• Provide 24–hour emergency and after–hours services through a telephone hotline which permits contact with counsellors.– Reports and Newsletters:• Provide monthly e–newsletters and quarterly utilization reports.– Unlimited legal referrals and financial telephonic consultation.– Promotional materials.– Critical incident stress management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
