TELCOM-3038 - USA (Florida) - Statewide Mobile Panic Alert System - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide mobile panic alert system.– Provide a state–wide mobile panic alert system, which is capable of connecting diverse emergency service technologies, providing real–time coordination between multiple first responder agencies; and integrating with local public safety answering point infrastructure to transmit 911 calls and mobile activations for public schools, including charter schools.– Ensures real–time coordination between multiple first responder agencies.– Connects emergency services technologies across various sectors, such as fire, medical, law enforcement, and disaster management while ensuring compatibility across different proprietary systems from multiple contractors.– Panic alert systems must be integrated with the centralized system to ensure seamless notification of law enforcement and emergency responders.– Provides real–time activation of the appropriate 911 system and provides synchronous emergency information details with law enforcement and first responders, location of the device, and unique identifiers of the device.– Provides districts administrative access to provide additional campus or facility information through the system.– Integrates with local public safety answering point infrastructure to facilitate direct transmission of 911 calls and mobile activations from users activating their respective panic alert systems to emergency systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
