(1) Vendor needs to provide quality assurance and project management services to the government authority located in Jersey City, NJ. – An independent quality assurance and Project Management consultant or firm to perform on–demand quote review, project scope leveling, technical and cost–risk assessment, and active project management. – Provide project management and quality assurance for larger–scale projects from initiation through acceptance and closeout.– Improve consistency across similar project types, labor assumptions, material quantities, licensing models, warranties, maintenance terms, and cost structures.– Quote review and project scope levelling.– Project management for larger–scale projects.– Quality assurance, testing, and acceptance.– Risk assessment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
