Vendor needs to provide right of way acquisition services to the government authority located in Georgia.• Right of Way Acquisition Services with a prequalified consultant interested in providing Right of Way Acquisition Services• Pre–Acquisition, Acquisition, Negotiation through Closing, Relocation Negotiation, Relocation Benefits Package Services, and Appraisal Services.• Right of Way Acquisition Services with a prequalified consultant interested in providing Right of Way Acquisition Services for the Office of Program Delivery. • The services to be provided under this contract include to Pre–Acquisition, Acquisition, Negotiation through Closing, Relocation Negotiation, Relocation Benefits Package Services, and Appraisal Services• Attend field review of the project with Review Appraiser to ensure accuracy of plans and assist in the completion of the Project Inspection Checklist• Upon receipt of the completed Project Inspection Checklist from Review Appraiser, assign, prepare and submit completed specialty/appraisal reports.• Obtain and review the Conceptual Plan layout and meet with the Project to assist in developing Preliminary Right of Way plans and discuss any concerns applicable to project.
