Vendor needs to provide college and career development and support services to the government authority located in Somerville, MA.• Supply the necessary curriculum and associated training for the individuals implementing the program.• Maintain staff–to–student ratios that comply with a minimum of a 1 teacher–to–student ratio.• Provide all necessary program supplies to carry out the program, with storage arrangements to be made with the district.• Provide an age–appropriate and developmentally appropriate program aligned with the Somerville public schools' vision and mission.• Provide access to all programmatic data for communication, collaboration, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.• Plan for interaction with the existing afterschool program structure and student counselling support. • Coordination with school administration, detailing school facility requirements, data sharing, technology needs, site specifications, security measures, and student safety protocols.• Communication and collaboration with administration and staff of students enrolled in the proposed college and career readiness program.
