(1) Vendor needs to provide hall space utilization analysis service to the government authority located in Everett, MA.– The purpose of this study is to evaluate current departmental space usage, identify opportunities for consolidation, right‑sizing, relocation, and improved operational efficiency, and to provide the City with actionable conceptual planning options to support future decision‑making– The project includes:• Evaluation of current departmental space usage• Identification of opportunities for consolidation, right‑sizing, and relocation• Development of conceptual layouts• Cost estimating and phasing• Identification of work suitable for the City’s in‑house union Facilities Department• Recommendations for long‑term municipal service delivery– Task 1.
