CLEANING-14272 - USA (Akron, Ohio) - Janitorial Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Akron, OH. • Janitorial services shall be provided 1. Day Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm 2. Evening Shift: Monday – Friday: 5:00pm – 11:00 pm 3. Weekend: Saturday & Sunday: 1:00pm – 5:00 pm• Daily:– Empty all wastepaper baskets/trash cans and deposit all collections into large trash hoppers outside of the maintenance building.– Dust/polish all desks, tables, file cabinets, chairs in the lobby (bottom wiped down) and office machinery.– Vacuum Carpeted areas.– Clean all restrooms with Kaivac machine and restock paper products. – Clean second floor and mezzanine lunchroom.• Weekly:– Scrub walls, ceiling and floor of the shower rooms.– Scrub all walls, partitions and floor in restrooms.– Damp mop South stairwell, ALL RESTROOMS, both lunchrooms, mezzanine storage room, computer room, maintenance offices and mezzanine hallways.– Wash all interior glass (Dispatch, Maintenance offices)• Monthly:– Dust all window blinds on the first and second floors.– Wash all exterior glass on the first and second floors.– Move furniture and vending machines in Bullpen (104) to clean under and around.– Clean all glass partitions with an approved cleaner.• Bi–annually: Strip and reapply three coats of wax to all vinyl, rubber, and ceramic tile floors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
