EXTRA-77000 - USA (Eastpointe, Michigan) - Professional Planning and Zoning Consultant Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning and zoning consultant services to the government authority located in Eastpointe, MI.– Review and summarize findings of plans, elevations, and any additional material submitted for technical compliance review. – Review and findings shall be based on the City’s current codes, guidelines, and other standards as they may apply. – Conduct field reconnaissance and verification regarding various aspects of site plan approval including, but not limited to, adjacent activities and existing conditions – Conduct research and analysis on an as needed basis, as requested by the Department, for various issues including but not limited to planning, zoning, and land development standards. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.
