DRA-11145 - USA (Washington, DC) - Legal and Policy Gap and Incentives Analysis Service - Deadline August 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal and policy gap and incentives analysis service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.      – Including desk review, primary data collection, analysis, and report writing, with significant participation from project staff.• Advanced degree in relevant field such as political science, public policy, development studies, economics, law, etc.• Demonstrated knowledge of the critical minerals sector, including the legal and policy frameworks governing the sector.• Demonstrated experience conducting political economy analysis, legal and policy analysis, governance assessments, stakeholder analysis, or other related research.• Experience working on mining, natural resources, responsible sourcing, labor rights, or related complex governance issues.• Proven qualitative research skills, including a demonstrated capacity to synthesize and present complex information to diverse audiences.• Strong facilitation experience.• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
