Maximo Hosting and Support Services (2026)

The Port of Tacoma (PORT) is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing Maximo Hosting and Support Services. PORT anticipates awarding the following two (2) Agreements with this procurement: 1. Maximo Hosting Subscription Agreement: A single Hosting Subscription Agreement with a vendor for hosting and providing basic operational support of the PORT’s Production and Test Maximo systems in a MAS cloud environment utilizing the PORT’s existing App Point licenses (BYOL). Budget target: $90,000 - $130,000 / year + any applicable Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). 2. Master Services Agreement (MSA): A single non-exclusive MSA with a vendor for providing services on an on-call / task-order basis for consulting, assessment, development, support, migration, and other services related to the PORT’s Maximo solution. We anticipate awarding two (2) initial Task Orders under this MSA.
