(1) Vendor needs to provide tire management services to the government authority located in Ithaca, NY.– Tire management services for transit buses and support vehicles– To provide comprehensive tire services in support of agency’s fleet of transit buses and support vehicles.– Provide high–quality new and retread tires, as well as related services, to support agency’s fleet of transit buses and support vehicles operating in county– Minimize downtime through timely delivery, installation, and service response– Supply & Installation– Furnish both new and retread tires– Mount all new and retread tires properly– Clean and prepare bead surfaces before mounting.– Transport all wheels and tires requiring replacement to and from agency’s facility– Tires removed from service must be returned as retreads within one week– Adjust tire quantities as fleet composition changes– Provide tire rotation, balancing, and alignment services.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 11, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
