Vendor needs to provide video production services.• Videos must be viewable on all common devices, including television, computer, tablet, and phone, as well as unique (example: stadium video boards) formats as needed.• The length of the videos will vary from 10–seconds to 60–minutes, though a majority will be in the 30–second to 5–minute range. Topics are specifically related to efforts to inform and educate internal and external audiences.• Videos must be able to be broadcast on television, uploaded to websites, shared on social media, and run on in–house digital signage.• Most shoots will be scheduled in advance, but some standby or on–call shooting, editing, and delivery of video assets (potentially during off hours) may be required.• 360–degree videos and 3D virtual tours of facilities and assets.• Live streaming of public meetings, press conferences, and miscellaneous events as needed.
