(1) Vendor needs to provide online data subscription and analytic services to help address knowledge gaps on cannabis, cannabidiol, and emerging products and help inform work on policy and regulation, education and outreach, and compliance activities.– The Contractor shall provide representative and statistically sound data concerning the cannabidiol market, including size; top brands; product types, forms, claimed content; and other pertinent market attributes for cannabidiol and emerging non–intoxicating cannabis products, including those that are state regulated. Data will be updated annually and provided via password–protected website/dashboard access.– The Contractor shall provide social listening monitoring of TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit conversations on hemp, cannabidiol, and intoxicating and non–intoxicating cannabis products. The social listening will capture data on products, ingredients, claims, consumer conditions, sentiments, and other attributes.– The Contractor shall provide representative and statistically sound General Population Survey covering consumer packaged goods adoption and needs, conditions, and behaviors, including use of cannabis, kratom, psilocybin, and emerging products in other categories with ingredients marketed as functional and/or other claims.
