Description
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that emailed bids will be received NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. October 13th, 2026 and should be addressed as: KT# 26-059 Preventative Maintenance Diving Kitsap Transit is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to clean and visually inspect the condition of the Passenger Only Ferry Dock Facilities on an twice a year basis, or as needed. Current dock facilities are located in Bremerton, Port Orchard, Annapolis and Kingston. Also, the Contractor will conduct inspections and cleaning of the hulls of Kitsap Transit’s ten (10) ferry vessels, six (6) times a year. All inspections shall consist of a thorough visual inspection, video survey, and a written report on the underwater conditions. Final questions regarding this project are due by October 2nd, 2026 by 5:00 PM
